Requirements
Must have a qualification in a scientific discipline
3 years plus experience in a similar role
Experience in FMGS and Leading a Team
Understanding of food processing
Knowledge of IFS, Organic
HACCP certified and strong HACCP and regulatory skills;
Duties:
Ensure that the Quality Assurance department is properly organized, staffed and trained to meet and achieve plant and departmental goals;
Serve as an advocate of our food safety culture;
Lead audits and comply with BRC standards
Maintain, improve, and develop systems to support the company’s food safety programs;
Ensure compliance with Irish and EU Regulations.
